We pamper you with delicacies and specialities from Tyrolean, Italian and international cuisine. Varied four-course menus, wonderful starters, colourful salads (our insider tip at the Eichenhof: the potato salad), hearty meat dishes and divine melt-in-the-mouth desserts. (We offer a choice of two main meals three or four times per week.) Vegetarian options are also available.

    Summer's culinary highlight

    We organise a barbecue evening once a week throughout summer. The smell of meat joints, ribs, sausages, grilled vegetables and many other tasty treats wafts in the air. A number of sophisticated wines, usually from South Tyrol and Italy, complement the meals.

    The Alpine and Mediterranean influences in South Tyrolean cuisine combines the best of both worlds. Alongside Italian classics such as pizza and pasta, down-to-earth South Tyrolean dishes such as Knödel (boiled dumplings) or Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancakes) are reminiscent of South Tyrol’s Alpine culinary tradition.
