At lunch and in the evening you can enjoy small regional and seasonal dishes in our á la carte restaurant (12:00 - 13:00 / 18.30 - 20.00). For evening we ask for table reservation. On Wednesday the restaurant is closed.In the summer months, we offer a weekly barbecue evening.
In summer, our barbecue evening takes place once a week. There it smells of knuckles, ribs, sausages, grilled vegetables and many other delicacies. Numerous sophisticated wines, preferably from South Tyrol and Italy complete the offer.

The Alpine and Mediterranean influences in South Tyrolean cuisine combines the best of both worlds. Alongside Italian classics such as pizza and pasta, down-to-earth South Tyrolean dishes such as Knödel (boiled dumplings) or Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancakes) are reminiscent of South Tyrol’s Alpine culinary tradition.
