Enjoy good food at the Eichenhof

Start the day with a varied and rich breakfast from the buffet. At lunch and in the evening you can enjoy small regional and seasonal dishes in our á la carte restaurant (12:00 - 13:30 / 18.30 - 20.30, except Tuesdays). New from 2022: In order to offer our guests more flexibility and also for reasons of sustainability, we no longer offer half board from this year. However, only for our house guests there is the possibility to order small regional and seasonal dishes à la carte in the evening (except on Tuesday) from 18:30 - 20:30. New also from 2022! Pizza from the stone oven. In the summer months, our weekly barbecue evening (only with advance reservation) continues to take place.

    Summer's culinary highlight

    In summer, our barbecue evening takes place once a week. There it smells of knuckles, ribs, sausages, grilled vegetables and many other delicacies. Numerous sophisticated wines, preferably from South Tyrol and Italy complete the offer (only with advance reservation).

    The Alpine and Mediterranean influences in South Tyrolean cuisine combines the best of both worlds. Alongside Italian classics such as pizza and pasta, down-to-earth South Tyrolean dishes such as Knödel (boiled dumplings) or Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancakes) are reminiscent of South Tyrol’s Alpine culinary tradition.
